[CAES]ARVM NOSTRORVM / [...] around wreath containing VOT / V. RIC VII 153 or 161. Struck off center and somewhat rough and with light deposits, otherwise, nearly very fine.

The obverse legend excludes all mints except Siscia, the only mint to use the long obverse legend for Crispus with the 'CAESARVM NOSTRORVM / VOT / V' reverse.
